These terms and conditions apply when you request a quote, make a reservation or ride with Pasadena Limousine Service. By booking with us, you agree to them. We have written them in plain language — if anything is unclear, call (626) 658-8889 and we will explain it before you commit.
Quotes and Reservations
A quote is an estimate based on the trip details you give us — date, hours, pickup and drop-off points, group size and vehicle type. Your reservation is confirmed only after we speak with you by phone and agree on the details. No payment is taken through this website. We will recommend the right vehicle for your group; tell us your passenger count and occasion and we will match it. Rates quoted are for the trip as described — extra stops, added hours or a larger vehicle may change the final amount, and we will tell you before you agree.
Changes and Cancellations
Plans change — we understand. If you need to change the date, time, pickup location or vehicle, call us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to vehicle availability. For cancellations, earlier notice gives us the best chance to release your vehicle to another client. Any cancellation terms that apply to your specific booking will be explained to you when you confirm by phone, before anything is final.
Passenger Conduct
We want every group to enjoy the ride, and we ask that passengers treat the vehicle and the chauffeur with respect. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. The chauffeur may end a trip early, without refund, if passenger behavior endangers anyone, damages the vehicle or breaks the law. Cleaning or damage beyond normal use may result in an additional charge, which we will explain to you at the time of booking.
Liability
We do everything in our power to run your trip on time, but some things are outside our control: traffic, road closures, weather, flight delays and event schedules. Pasadena Limousine Service is not liable for delays or missed connections caused by these conditions. We will always communicate with you, adjust the plan where we can, and recommend leaving extra time for airport trips and major events like the Rose Bowl.
Changes to These Terms
